Chrysanthemum
has been traditionally valued for its potential benefits in supporting the
respiratory system. It may help clear fevers and headaches often associated
with colds and flu. It’s also used as a soothing tonic for the eyes, easing
redness and helping to relieve tension and headaches.
Ingredients: Dried whole chrysanthemum flowers

Use
approximately 1 to 1.5 teaspoons (about 0.5 to 1 gram) of dried chrysanthemum
per 8 oz cup of water. Brew for 3 to 5 minutes at 100°C. (The longer the
steeping time, the stronger the brew.)
